Our Mission & Values

At Facerite Media Group, our TikTok content is rooted in the philosophy of Generation X — a worldview shaped by growing up in the real world, in the South, where life moves a little differently than in other parts of the country. Our series capture the humor, grit, and charm of country folks from the Appalachian region, specifically from our fictional home of Buzzard Butt County, Georgia. A place where childhood meant drinking from the water hose, learning lessons the hard way, and being raised with good old-fashioned parenting skills.

Our stories are built on common sense, humor, and a touch of compassion when it’s needed. While we usually steer clear of politics, we occasionally touch on it with the same folksy pragmatism our characters embody. We’re not here to comment on the news or tell anyone what’s right or wrong — we’re here to make people laugh, which we all need more than ever in these unprecedented times.
